Introduction to the meeting that includes:
- Checking present members with voting rights
- Role election (Chair, Secretary, Adjusters, etc if needed)
- Introducing and setting the agenda
Presentation of the Annual report
Presentation of the Economic Report
After discussions of the year report the meeting votes on discharging the present board
Discussion and proposals for the bugjet and activities for the coming year
Election of:
- Board Members (Usually Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary)
- Board Member Substitutes
- Accountant
General proposals and discussions brought by board members and/or the community
Any other business to discuss
